Called for general checkup and cleaning. Lady said they "and Florida", don't do those on the same day, had to do two appointments. I'm 56 years old and lived in Florida off and on for many years, never had that issue. Seems they were just trying to bill insurance for two visits, when one would do. Very inconvenient and a bit sketchy, so pass and will look elsewhere.

Hi Gloria! We're happy to provide more information about Dr. Bivens. He grew up in Clearwater, Florida and graduated in 1999. He then went on to attend the University of South Florida where he received a Bachelor Degree in Biology 2004. After graduation he attended Purdue University where he received a Masters Degree in Biology 2007. While receiving his B.S. and M.S. he volunteered his time as a dental assistant in undeserved communities located in the areas. He finally accomplished his goal of becoming a Dentist at the Indiana University School of Dentistry 2011.
