Unfortunately, I have had to use Lakelands Serv-Pro on a few occasions. Fortunately since I am the Risk Manager for a firm, we have developed a long standing relationship with the Serv-Pro team. I highly recommend using their service. They are extremely prompt in response and very detailed in making sure the customer is taken care of. Their knowledge and even their equipment is top notch. I would use them in any personal issue I may ever face.

Jessie, Robert and George were all so very helpful during such a difficult time with our grandfathers house flooding. Once called they arrived very quickly and immediately started taking photos of all of the damage and went right to work trying to stop anymore damage being done. Because of their quick response we were able to salvage much more than we thought. They were also very helpful in communicating with our insurance adjuster as well, and stayed in constant communication with us too. Would highly recommend theirs services and cannot thank them enough!!

Came home to find a wet, moldy mess in our home. After waiting for weeks for mold remediation from another company, ServPro was recommended by several friends. We cannot say enough about their promptness, outstanding communication, and follow through. Robert was extremely polite and great to work with. In one week the project was completed and we received clear air quality results. All of this was taken care of by phone and email as we were out of state. What an incredible service here in Lakeland with all local employees. We have even discovered that Lakeland Servpro offers pack out and on site storage services while rooms are under repair and restoration. Unfortunately we recently had a flood in our kitchen, we called Servpro of Lakeland. They were on the scene fast and on time. Jorge and Darrel and Mike were on top of there game, they accessed the situation and quickly went to work so we didn't have any other damage. These guys explained exactly what they were doing and that put us at ease. Shawn the Production manager was great, he let us know what was being done and why, and answered any questions or concerns we had. Would just like to say Thanks and a job well done. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
