I'm living here for 9 years. The HOA don't take care of community. No plants no lawn. Place looks ugly and poor even when the owners pay 400 dollars monthly for the hoa fees. Any community in Windermere pay what we pay for the monthly hoa fees. HOA don't do anything for this place to look better.

Office is the least professional I have ever experienced. I've had my vehicle towed several times (just like many residents here) even with parking pass due to construction. Office refuses to take any responsibility for towing that will cost you hundreds of dollars. Grounds look beautiful but the management ruins the experience and you will not be treated with respect. Find a new location for a home.

Let this place be your last resort. They charge you for everything (such as access to the gym, pool and gate card/code) and change things without giving any notice. I usually keep to myself and the neighbors are cool. Rent is a bit expensive. The worst part of this place is the office staff. They are rude and want your money by the end of the conversation. Maintenance only comes on weekday. Problems during the weekend? Sucks for you, they are not coming until Monday. Don't be surprise to be locked out because of gate issues. To be honest, you're better off somewhere.
