I’ve lived here for about 5 months and I’m happy! I think the apartment is spacious and perfect for a first apartment . Of course nothing is perfect and the price Is great ! I’m not sure what more you expect but I have no issues the only complaint I could even mention is it’s kinda tough getting a hold of the front office but for the most part I love my apartment ! I think maintenance keeps up with trash in the parking lot and everyone is pretty friendly !

If you're looking for perfection then you might want to build your owe house and still then it wouldn't be prefect. I like my apartment, things that needed repairs have been done, still a few things need attention but I'm not the only one living here in the complex. I wasn't sure about moving here because of all the horror stories I heard and read. So i want to share with whoever is looking to move here, how my 1st year of living has been like. *Overall it's quiet, which shocked me....you do hear once in a while the car with annoying loud music, kids playing people walking about.....living in *Florida when it rains and/or gets really hot you'll see water bugs and other little nasties but back years ago when I lived in my houses I saw them trying to get into the house and sometimes they did, same thing happens here. I don't have roaches in my apartment. *Now there are nice staff members and some that are not very nice but hey not everyone is going to be nice. *The rent is very affordable compare to many places out here and they really aren't worth it. And you get a storage closet BONUS! *It's not filled with garbage as many reviews have stated before, now there are those days that the compactor is filled high, yes that's true but the maintenance guys are quick to clean up. *We keep our car parked outside with no problem, it's a little bonus that we can see the car from our family room. *Now one of my biggest pet peeves is the smoking and hanging out in the hallways, but it has calmed down a lot, at least where I live. *I haven't used the pool but I do see them cleaning it and mornings are mostly empty, I also haven't used the workout room so I can't say anything about it. So if anyone is considering moving into Logan Heights I hope my review has helped you. God bless.

I lived in this complex for 2 years exactly, For the most part I had no issues.... BUT... the water bill is EXTREMELY INFLATED. I am one person, I use approximately $4.00 a month in water but my water bill was $40.00 almost each month. When I questioned the apartment management about it it sparked rage in her so bad that it caused her to not renew my lease. I always had paid my rent on time, never caused issues, but that is okay. The maintenance team is substandard at best. The amount of time they took for maintenance calls were unacceptable. The work was subpar. Eventually, I did my own work, including pest control. They STILL WALK INTO YOUR APARTMENT WITHOUT YOUR PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. When they "knock", it's barely a tap, and they do not give you time to get to the door to answer the door, so if you are on the toilet they are coming in...which they have done to me before as well... They keep extra keys to all apartments to enter your apartment at will. They do not inform you when they are coming. They have walked in on me naked asleep, and while I was in the shower. I also dealt with someone unlocking my door with a key after 4:00 am. No one else had my key but me. The complex stays dirty. People smoke weed in the breezeways of the buildings all of the time, and it does not do any good to report it. Not to the office or to the police. The pool stays dirty with algae and leaves ( they may clean it about once every two weeks, and that is only the leaves not the algae.) There is so much scum on the sides of the pool it is disgusting. The "volleyball" area is a flea pit and litter box for the stray cats, they refuse to put any kind of nets there for anyone to play volleyball. They only put a net there to pass their INSPECTION with their investment company. Then again with the management company. The landscaping company does a crap job. There are no "community activities" that were promised. When I moved in. Even the "library " and "business center" closed down, in a "business center" you expect to be able to send and receive faxes and such.... well not here, the best that they have here is they get the large packages that don't fit into your mailboxes, and the "fitness center" is a joke and the machines stay broke or the clips are lost so you can't use them. Overall, this place is the biggest JOKE of a place that I have EVER LIVED. I have lived in Cicero in Chicago and in Ohio, and in Atlanta and West Virginia and well you get the point..... never have I EVER been treated the way I was treated there. I always paid my rent on time. Never were the police called, no notices on my door, no issues, no problems. However, at the time, it was one of the cheapest places to live in Seminole county....BUT they were going up in their rent so good luck if you are looking to move there. Oh, the roaches, bedbugs, and ants are horrible there, I fought them the entire time I lived there. When I moved, I had to throw everything I owned away and buy all new stuff. The ants are in the walls. The bed bugs come in through the windows. Good luck.

Good Afternoon. I just wanted to drop a few lines about my experience here at Logan Heights for the past year. It has been a great one. I had an emergency about a week ago . I called the after hours number. My problem was not considered an emergency according to the recording. I received a phone call back in minutes and was reassured that someone would be there when they could. i was so thankful. Mr. Roberto did not say that's not an emergancy he came before the night was out and fixed the problem and said all will be well tonight and I'll return on tomorrow to continue. Not only that. The lights on one side of the complex was out. He fixed them as well. That's what I called great service. The management team is great, they're polite and always willing to make sure all is well. Thanks to Ms. Abra and all of the office staff . Cheryl (manager) Tiffany and others. You guys are the best. Logan Heights has the hottest water around. That's a good things. Clean clothes and a good hot shower. My daughter has also decided to make Logan Heights her home.

Right now none are available, there is a waiting list. They are $730 with washer and dryer, $50 less without.
My girl stays there. Rent is reasonable but I suggest knowing a handyman the office is on the "with all deliberate speed" vibe with fixing things. Lots of upgrades as well.
About 19 years now.
Currently (1/13/2021) you probably do.
You have to pay rent for dogs and cats
No
Water bill is not included in rent price ~ they add the amount on to your monthly rent and you pay both together.
