It would be nice to get info that they rec'd my maintenance request and also be told that they were done... otherwise he was professional.

No maintenance request done. Eather someone deleted or they take it for ever to be done,. Then they send you a text or email, how they handled the maintenance request? When no maintenance haven't been done. Hello people!!!

The gentleman came and did an excellent job. I asked him for a shower head too which seems to be clogged and only dribbles water so it is difficult to take a sufficient shower. He told me to make another maintenance request. I thought i had mold on the bathroom floor but he told me it wasn’t mold, but in the corner near the shower the floor is coming up. So i guess i will add that also to the new maintenance request. He was super polite and cleaned up the mess that was made. He really did a great job as if i called a professional to do it. Maybe he is a professional, i don’t know. But I’m happy with the outcome. 🥰 Thank you again. Romaine (hope i spelled his name correct) 👍
