Went bird watching before the trees all leaf out. Were not disappointed. Found a variety of woodpeckers, Norther Flicker, Yellow Warbler and many many others. Also saw snakes frogs and turtles out sunning. Can’t wait to go back once everything is in bloom. Bring water, you will be out in the open. No facilities.

I think the boardwalk was one mile. It was a nice easy walk. I really enjoyed it.

Yes, It is the southern end of Beavercreek wildlife area. Here is a link to the map...might be better to go in the north end if you are looking to hunt. http://wildlife.ohiodnr.gov/beavercreek
