HORRIBLE..I went to make a return and did not have a receipt for 1 of the items which I paid $9.99 for. The rude manager Carla said she could not credit the item and that she had to confiscate because there was no proof that I paid for it. When i entered the store i immediately went in line to place my return. All my other items I returned were on the receipt and i could not remember if someone else i had went shopping with purchased it.. She insinuated I stole it and insulted me

The sales associate at the register was very pleasant and helpful. The store well put together but the prices were not as competitive as before. I noticed that all the prices went up:-(

I don't care if the prices might be a little lower, the way you are treated in this store is not very respectful. I had the worst (only) experience trying to return a shirt that did not fit me. The shirt had tags on (big ones), I had the receipt and I bought it a few days ago but it was too small. I took it back, the young cashier lady tells me she can not return it because it is used and stained. I ask her to show me the stains but of course she can not because there is none. It was just a low quality shirt that they sold it to me and apparently back then it looked fine to them. The cashier is very unfriendly to me, calls her manager, he comes. He processes my return but refuses to admit they made a mistake and her behavior was insulting and gives me even more unfriendly attitude. They don't have fitting rooms due to Covid, are we not supposed to try on a shirt at home?? I called the corporate, the lady on the phone was not very friendly either, they were supposed to contact me in 48hrs but they never did. Conclusion: if you want to save a little bit of money go to Burlington but be ready for an unfriendly environment. They might refuse to return the merchandise based on inaccurate judgment, insult you, accuse you and send you home upset. Also, there is always a long line to check out, people walk on cloths dropped on the floor and some cloths are ripped and dirty. The corporate evidently does not care about the situation either.
