The office people mainly are the worst of the worst that’s all I can say and the maintenance lol don’t even get me started. The entire complex is a complete dump and the residence always gossiping with the office manager. What a complete joke! 🤡

I have been living here for 8 months. I moved into a completely renovated apartment. A new maintenance crew starting soon after I came. When I recently requested some minor repairs I was responded to quickly and repairs were done immediately. There have been many improvements happening here also. New roof, windows, slider doors, electrical panels, newly paved parking lot, and new laundry machines with refill card system. If this level of management continues I hope to be here for a long time.

If you enjoy your bathroom flooding, roaches crawling everywhere, and incompetent employees, then this is your dream spot. They have a new property manager every month, and the only maintenance guy available never wants to work. Don't move here, seriously.

Most of my requests have gone ignored regarding the pest control at our apartment. Our rates have increased twice since moving in, and all I have to show for it is roaches in our bathroom, microwave, cupboards, bedroom, living room, trash can, pantry, moulding, bathtub, and more. There was a reported baseball sized hornet nest on my porch for 3 months before I had to take care of it myself. Our AC unit leaks/floods. I’ve twisted my ankle because the outside lights over the stairs (provided by the complex) were not working and I could not see where I was stepping. The fire alarm for an entire building went off randomly for hours in the middle of the night with no known cause. To top it all off, we were offered a 2 bed 2 bath when we signed the lease, and we were moved into a 2 bed 1 bath at the same rate for the previous unit. Maybe if they’d pick up the phone or hire more service workers, something would get done faster than 4 months apart.
