Jackie is the absolute best and I’m surprised she is not the property manager. She knows how to properly run the entire community and is a kind and genuine individual. She respects all the residents and treat us with kindness. She’s also the only one that a majority of the residents would rather speak too in dealing with any concerns. Tim ( property manager ) on the other hand is extremely rude and disrespectful. He doesn’t know what’s going on within the community at ALL or he does and just doesn’t care because when dealt with resident concerns he barely answers his email and it all falls back on Jackie. 100% Jackie needs a promotion.

Moving out on my very own has been an extremely seamless transition due to the wonderful people here at Sovereignty. The leasing manager, Jackie, is attentive and has resolved any issues I've run into and is always there to answer any questions I have. She is understanding, kind, and a wonderful person to talk to. ♡ I've lived here since October and won't rent anywhere else.
