We are living full-time in our fifth wheel seeing the country. We had a repair needed on our tow vehicle, that we were aware would take a while to repair. While we were stationary for a few months we decided to address the issue. Tom, Brian, and company did a fabulous job of diagnosing, estimating, and performing the service. We were kept informed along the process with no surprises. This will be our go to shop when in Southeast Florida.

The ultimate in customer service. They fit us in due to the urgent need of headlights that just stopped working. They said, "We're book for the next few weeks, but we can't have you driving like that. Bring the car over and we'll work you in." Customer service at the front desk (Greg) talked to us with a calm, relaxing voice and with comforting words of assurance. He was awesome. When we called to check on the status of the car, the person who helped us was polite, unhurried, clear, easy to understand, did NOT rush off the phone - saw the conversation to the end, until we were finished talking business. The work on the car was excellent - the price, fair - not inflated or outrageous. Just a perfect experience from beginning to end. We love these guys.

I was extremely please with the service. I appreciate how pleasant the your staff are. They were very welcoming for a someone who was a first timer. I also like the transparency of all their vehicle technicians certification. It was a comfortable feeling to see, on the board, that these men know their stuff. Thank you for not knocking me in head for the cost to have my vehicle service. I had an 0830 appt., and was out by 1015, it felt wonderful to be finished in a timely manner. I actually was prepared to have lunch. Thank you Mr. Greg for being so kind and making me feel welcome. Its' hard finding awesome Customer Service these days. Most definitely I will be back.

We do not repair upholstery, but if the mechanical operating system needs work, we can help. We refer upholstery repairs to Emo's in Lakeland.
We cater to every customers concern in regards to safety. We offer touchless drop off and pickup, and also have safety measures in place both in the office and shop to keep our customers, staff, and families safe at all times.
I actually drove my car there but they did absolutely excellent work and I will definitely go back there again
