I went to bond urgent care and everything and everyone was fantastic. They took care of my problem, had to wait a little( about 15 minutes), but when you think about it that is great also. My wife also went here a couple months ago, same results, fantastic !!!! I am really glad they are here for us.

Went in yesterday to take care of a nasty bug bite I got... I knew they were going to need to lance it and drain it. I was terrified of the procedure initially and I knew it had to be done, but Dr. Marzola was so kind and took care of it with ease. Turns out the procedure wasn't nearly as painful as I thought it would be. Thank you!! :)

Worst experience ever. The worst customer service in all of Winter Haven. No friendly service whatsoever. Lied to us and denied giving us a face mask. Wish I could give less than half a star. Went over to Owl Now Urgent Care across the street and right away the treatment was different. Much better service and kindness at Owl Now.

Took 20 minutes to just check in, rude front desk lady, then put you in a back room thinking you ll see someone soon. Hour and half later!! Nurse had no bedside manner.. Doctor was only nice and good part.. Then they say 15 minutes for strep test. ANOTHER 40 minutes... i can understand staff shortages, but hire more doctors, tell people how long to expect so they decide to go somewhere else, or just shut it down so people go elsewhere. Never had this much trouble at Gessler
