I had a little time before an afternoon real estate appointment so decided to stop by the Outback in Winter Haven, and I am so glad I did! My server Chae was amazing. Very attentive. She knew I had a tight schedule and got my food out very quickly. My medium steak was right on, and juicy, and delicious. The salad ingredients were fresh and crisp. I hadn’t been to this location before, and I would definitely recommend it. Ask for Chae if you stop by.

Basic wine list… well it works especially if you listen to your waiter. Keep it basic or booze it up a bit with. 9 0z. My waiter Michael S was smart enough to add the a jus even though I made a “no big deal” when he asked. I loved dunking my bread on it… he felt me out and got me what I needed. Been here 4 times and he was the best waiter. Also for red wines… good guide. Felt me out and got me the larger glass instead of more white. Finished my meal thinking every part of the order worked out thanks to my waiter

We are so extremely pleased with the service we received at our local Outback in Winter Haven, FL. We were trying to find a steakhouse to accommodate a party of 16 for my husband's birthday. We called Longhorn and they were so short and rude, stating they had already reached their large party limit (we called at 5:30 pm). My husband called back and asked to speak to a manager and he said it would be a 3-4 wait which was ridiculous. So we called Outback and they said no problem, we'll put you on the list, it might be about an hour wait. So we went straight up there and they were super nice and accommodating. We ended up with only 10 people, but had a place to sit within 30 minutes. There were a couple of small tables empty next to our friends who were there separately so we asked the manager if we could scoot them all together and she said no problem. Our server Mike was also one of the best servers ever. He was on his toes and did not stop the whole time. He was funny, polite, and pretty much catered to us to make sure we were happy. So big shout out to Jaime Beauseigneur, the manager, and Michael Stewart, our server at the Winter Haven, FL location. We appreciate you!

I ordered curbside for a blooming onion. It was my first time ever having one and it was horrible. It was cold, old, greasy and I could taste it had been cooked in old grease and sat. I called and the response I received was “we haven’t had any other complaints today.”
