my medical assistant/nurse was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! She really cares about her patients and treated me like human beings. She explained everything she was doing and let me know what was going on. She was absolutely wonderful! My provider Dr Bucprov Whu was amazing as well! He provided friendly and competent care. I was in good hands. He made sure He explained the diagnosis and He got me the prescriptions I needed. He was wonderful as well! The care I received was great during a not so great time in my life . We appreciate it so much!

I have made several visits to BayCare urgent care for myself and my husband we always get excellent service. I have recommended them to all of my friends and relatives. Despite this being a very small Urgent Care and having a much larger Urgent Care across the street, this place was alright. They service was quick (about 20 minutes). Staff were polite and respectful. They were also honest about what they can and can’t do and gave referrals to the ER. The parking is tight as well.

United Health Care
For our self-pay patients, the cost for a new patient visit is $115 and established patient visit is $90. There are additional costs for any additional testing (such as Xrays and labs) or any additional procedures (such as laceration repairs or incision & drainage) if necessary. We try to be upfront and transparent with our pricing.
Just call them and ask. Though, BayCare does take most insurances.
