Always on time or even early. Used George’s Appliance Service more than a handful of times over the years and have always had a pleasant experience. The charge is extremely reasonable. Once they ordered a part for my stove and told me how to install it (an easy fix) to save $$ on a service visit. This most recent time, they found a nearly invisible leak and repaired my fridge. Calling, I have been really helped by the ladies who answer the phone. Overall, I highly recommend George’s Appliance Repair Service.

Terrible. Last time I went there they were so helpful, a little overpriced but very good. Now, a totally different story. I went to their location, doors locked, I called the number, got redirected to some parts order warehouse that didn't know anything about George's when I asked about the location. He said they probably don't do parts anymore. Yet if you Google them, they are open and all is good. I hate it when businesses don't update their Google listing. Anyway, I founds Combs Appliances in Brooksville, they were awesome...

Would give 0 stars if I could, need a cooktop replaced due to a pot scraching the burner area. We sent pictures and model number of the stove and never received a reponse to our emails or phone calls. So my wife went to their shop ( dump of a shop ) and the owned said with an attitude he would not replace it becase we must of scrached it with salt or sugar. we just wanted a quote and he would not do it. He could have atleast let us know on one of the multiple phone calls we made trying to get this repaired. Absolutly the worst customer service, I would pay twice the price than go back to this so called shop.

One month ago I called them to service my washer that i bought from them 10 years ago. After sending a technician he diagnosed it as a drain pump needed to be replaced. I waited for the technician to call me the next day to let me know about the part and when he would be back. Of course i never got that call. They finally sent out another technician who said it didn’t need a drain pump and the first technician misdiagnosed the problem. He also stated that the new part and repair would not cost me anymore than what I was originally quoted. I talked to the original tech and he told me to call someone else to fix it. He even gave me a name of another company. The second technician finally called me today after I was told he would call me for a few days. Now they don’t want to honor anything they said. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND OBVIOUSLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!
