A wonderful slice of peace in Brooksville. We just love this community with all the sidewalks to walk our dog and the upkeep of the community. We feel safe here and Lisa and Ben in the leasing office have been polite and friendly and made our move in experience excellent and exceeded our expectations.

The office should put the gates back up and make it a gated community. Office needs to lower the rent if it's a low income community. I also didn’t have a problem with moving out of the apartment when I was moving into a house. The staff is very friendly, and nice.

Dont believe what's on there site .. all reviews from the same apt different names . I've been here for 5 years and it's been ok but roach infested and rent keeps going up! You can hear your neighbors and the rooms you can hear everything, I'm moving I'm tired!!!

Have lived here for quite some time. I enjoy the residents and office people. Lisa is always helpful. I have no complaints. Very pretty apartment community and great people here.

Yes! The income restriction is dependent on your household size! If you contact the office they can give you a guide as to what those income limits are :)
My entire building was infested there is no keeping them gone shouldnt have to call them every week for roaches German roaches dont go away
