If I could give less than one star I would. Bought a $850 freezer online three weeks ago. Never got a confirmation or any email correspondence or phone calls about this purchase. I even had to call to get the order number. The freezer was supposed to be delivered today and when it wasn’t I called Best Buy only to find out that delivery wouldn’t be until next week. I asked why I haven’t received any email, texts or call about the delay. The person who spoke poor English and had a “could care less” attitude couldn’t answer that question. After much frustration I cancelled the order and the guy said he credited my credit card but it could take up to 15 days. What a crock. Never, and I do mean never will I purchase from Best Buy again and I strongly suggest you don’t either. I’ve had a Best Buy account for 30 + years and I’ve never had a positives experience at Best Buy. It’s always something with them. With such poor customer service how they stay in business is a mystery to me.

Store is always clean. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable most of the time. Store could have a slightly better inventory and selection of items but that is not their fault. Competitive price matching to keep loyal customers.

Two month old $1500 laptop screen completely shot, Best Buy nor geek squad will return it. Touchpad doesn’t work half of the time. The geek squad representative told me it would take 8 weeks or more if I let them send it off AND added that it probably wouldn’t be fixed under warranty. I guess unless you’re a 70 year old that is having trouble using their passcode on your iPhone, they’re absolutely useless. Spoke with HP rep and he confirmed this is typical behavior by Best Buy and the HP rep advised me to not return here again. He told me purchasing through Best Buy just adds a middle man to the deal and they don’t stand behind the product whatsoever and this is how they treat all of their laptop claims. Don’t buy from Best Buy, don’t expect geek squad to do anything whatsoever other than look at you with a confused expression on their face.

I was going to order on Bose for these noise cancelling headphones as it was on sale and then I checked Amazon to see if was cheaper as both offered Free Shipping. Then, I decided to look on Best Buy and it was the same price and I could just pick it up the same day. I needed them badly due to the noise coming thru the thin walls in the apartment I am in. The walls are so thin you can hear people cough, sneeze, talk as if you were in the room with them. I am glad the headphones worked perfectly from Best Buy as sometimes you get a defective product and it's always a hassle. Thanks Bose and Best Buy!

Call 1800GEEKSQUAD and they can answer that question for you. If you call the store you'll be debt to a National Hub where it may be harder for you to get the straight answer to that question.
Years ago, I bought a phone at Best Buy. There are geeks at the desk at the center of the store that still assist with any such issues and requests.

It take a certain amount of watts and voltage to get turbo charge to work on phones.system probably not putting out enough watts while trying to charge and play music.

Justin is right, they have a different price scale if you are installing someone else's product.
There used to be a photography store in downtown Lynchburg. I would check yellow pages for Lynchburg and Roanoke. Online places like eBay or VABay. Online want ads. Best Buy is only new products to sell.
If you have internet access and a credit card i would order online. If you want to go to the store, ask the agent at the door where to order the cartridges. They might have it in stock? Avoid lunch time because it sometimes is hard to find an agent when so many are at lunch. Geek squad area usually has someone on duty.

Yes you can. But you really don't want to. Their installation department is the worst I've ever seen. They are utterly and completely incompetent. I can promise you if you have installation work done here you will regret it and have to have it redone somewhere else by competent technicians.
As far as I know best buy does not open anything apple. They can send it out but that leaves you without a phone.

Always choose email and paper receipt at the end of a transaction (then you always have it), but yes depending on the department they can sometimes look up your receipt by form of payment and date purchased.
