Its a nice cozy apartment. Cheap as well. Not much noise. If you stay outside of your home for most of the time and dont wanna spend that much money on the rent then this will be a good choice. Leasing staff Joey is very friendly and helpful. The maintainance requests are taken pretty quickly within 1 or 2 days.

I've lived here for over a year, but that will be changing soon. I was outside the building in the grass with a small dog that my friend asked me to watch while he went to the store (a service dog in training). The dog was never in my apartment. Suddenly the "owner" approaches me yelling that I was being disrespectful. He proceded to give me a lecture on how I wasn't respecting him or his property. Then he told me he was going to EVICT me! Well I'm leaving before he gets the chance. I'm a college girl who is just trying to keep her head down and get through school, and I have absolutely loved living here up until now. If this is how the owener treats their tenants and CUSTOMERS then I will no longer be giving them my money, and I advise you do the same. The owner is a bully, and I feel bad for the office managers and people under him who have to work with him.
