Did you mean knobs or handles for drawers/cabinets? They don't carry anything like that. Depending on where you live some localities have a Habitat for Humanity ReStore which is a shop that sells second hand house needs and they always have tons of those.
I'm pretty sure they don't have gun racks, but they have just about everything else. I find some excuse to go there about every other day, I love Harbor Freight!

The only real solution to yard draining would be either 1. adding gutter drain pipes that lead the water away from the house, 2. having your backyard regraded or add drains that run underground away from the house. 3. If it's simply right against a basement and causing flooding you can DIY this project and shovel the ground down about 1.5 feet at a shallow slope away from the house foundation about 6-10 feet, then lay landscaping plastic and then cover the plastic with the dirt you removed, making sure it's still sloping away from the house.
