I have used Trey and company for both commercial and residential projects for a number of years now. Most but not all of them have been larger commercial projects. A fair number of them have been with "challenging" schedules or other requirements to deal with. I watch my jobs carefully to make sure they are done to a high level of professional standards. The Attic Rat team has always completed the projects to my expectations and at times go above and beyond. On one project the client wanted the jack covers to match the cubical bases, I told them we could use a complementary color, but the tech went and got spray paint to match the base and painted them all. I was surprised and impressed that he would go to that length to make the customer happy. Happy clients make me happy.

I have gotten to know him on a personal level, too, and I can say that if he tells you something, it's gospel. Horrible. Owner argued with me on what I needed without even seeing my setup. Kept over taking me because he thought he knew what he was talking about... Which he didn't. The installer was incredibly unprofessional. Left a mess everywhere he worked and then left wires hanging out of my house. Installed the wrong wire for my garage. Left wires hanging loose in my closets. Took almost a month to get him to come back and finish the job. Then he argued with me that I got a good deal! Paid almost $400 for less than 2 hours of work. Would not recommend.
