The lady I’m staying beside has a broken sewer hose that she has had looked at 3 times and it stills leaks and smells like a toilet. The lady in the office is a bit rude but is still helpful. I tried to tell her I needed a card for laundry but she insisted I used the phone app when I stated multiple times I would rather have the card because I work 6 days a week. The sites are small and the pool closes early. Edit : after new management they really put things back in order and it’s a nice place to stay, would recommend now

Stopped by to check out the park. The lady’s in the front office were very rude and not very helpful.looked at the park anyway and the sites are very small and not well maintained.some bald guy on a golf cart was driving like there was a fire and almost hit me and my wife. The park price is way to high in price and definitely not worth your time and money

Very clean pool, park and bathrooms. Great location Palm Harbor There is a trolley pick up and drop off right in front of Park to go to Tarpon, Clearwater and Dunedin stops.

I stayed in this place for 8 months, we where constantly harassed by Bald maintenance man. Place is littered with Cockroaches in the sand and ROACHES WILL GET INSIDE YOUR TRAILER. My trailer was never infested with roaches until I landed in this place. The dumpsters are always full and have even been removed for 3 days. The pool is Cracking Apart and the Tiles are falling off the pool. Ambulances / PD Frequent the park. The people who permanently live here look down on the people that don’t own there lots and just stay for a few days. I’d rather be homeless then stay here again.
