I ordered flowers last year for my daughters birthday through FTD, as I live out of state. They didn't deliver them until 7pm that night. I was so disappointed. I decided to go through a local florist this time. Andrea's Flowers had the perfect gift for her. I ordered them the night before her birthday and asked if they could be delivered as soon as possible. They were delivered by 11am. I didn't think it would be that quick, as I ordered the night before. I ordered the deluxe and they added a balloon and more chocolates.. she LOVED IT!!! ANDREA'S Flowers will have my business from now on. They made this momma very happy and the flower gift was BEAUTIFUL!!

I have ordered through Teleflora several times and have always heard praises from the recipients about the delivered bouquets. I have seen several of them and been very pleased. This order, for my wife for our anniversary, was a great disappointment. The "Forever Fuchsia Bouquet" was the perfect selection, as fuschia is her favorite color and stargazers are her favorite flower. I know the type of flower cannot be guaranteed, but was confident that the theme and quality would be strong. The order was delivered to her office by Andrea's Flowers. She just brought them home...and I was embarrassed. She didn't know the difference--other than to know that I am usually much more deliberate with my selection of flowers that I pick up at the market for her than this even shows. The colors are off--pale and dusty--and there were some wilted blooms. It was certainly not what I ordered. I understand that substitutions are necessary at times, but what was delivered is more substitution than true, and the quality was seriously lacking. Beware, you are probably better off hand picking from Publix.
