Do not use this company!!!!!! I have been going to this locations for years. Recently I took one of my trucks here for an oil change and also said my rear differential was making noise and needed it checked out. I was told nothing was wrong with it. I was told this because my warranty was expiring with in a month. 20 days after the warranty expired the rear diff blew apart. The milage was no where near close to the maximum mileage for the warranty. I called the service department to say what happened and they said too bad for me. Warranty is expired! Cost would be 5k to repair it. This could have be dealt with if they told me the truth on inspection but they chose not to do it. I was told, that because I didn't purchase the truck from them, that they wouldn't help me. I have three trucks that I serviced every time it was needed and to be treated like this is unbelievable. This shows that they only care about the money and not the customer. If they treated me like this after spending tens of thousands of dollars at the service department guess what they will do to you. I am only writing this to let people know to watch out for this company and don't trust them. The service department gets paid on commission so they will do whatever it takes to make extra money. I thought a dealership would be different than some sleazy garage trying to con you out of your money. I guess I was wrong!!! Watch out and be careful with this company!!!! Find a good local garage instead of this dealership!!! Good luck

If I could I would give zero stars! I bought my Chevy Trailboss 6.2 in January of 2022. About a month after owning my truck I noticed rust forming underneath the truck. I called Jack Buford Chevrolet where I purchased the truck and they took quite a few pictures and informed me that there was nothing they could do they would have to get ahold of corporate and they would get back with me. I gave them 2 months and heard nothing while the rust on my truck got worse and my driveway proceeded to have damage done. We finally broke down and called them after 2 months and they said that they had forgotten to get in touch with us and that corporate said that as long as the vehicle was running fine there was nothing they could do. I love how when purchasing the truck Chevy did all they can to get me to buy but, as soon as there's and issue that we did not cause it's a manufacturer's issue they conveniently can't do anything to help and forget and ignore you! I will make it a point to turn as many friends and family members away from Chevy and Jack Buford Chevrolet as humanly possible! I should have went with Ford!
