So, I noticed all the bad reviews for 1 star. I’m a resident living here for years. I noticed the people that post bad reviews are usually the ones who don’t follow the rules, or who’s homes are messy. I don’t understand why they bad mouth the community, yet they don’t ever move? I wonder why when there are other parks in the area? If this was such a horrible place why is it 100% occupied and with a long waiting list to move in? Better yet why do the homes sell for $60,000 and up? What does that tell you? I think people that give such nasty reviews are disgusting themselves. They don’t know how else to show how miserable of a person they are. Why talk nasty about one place then try to promote another. What does that tell you? Your nothing but a fake! To the people who bad mouth their friends living. Claiming they are visiting a friend. With friends like that why have enemies. 🤦‍♀️ To the people claiming to just drive by. Really you just happen to drive by? Who cares what you think! If you don’t like the community then why do you keep coming?
