We are fulfilling more than 3000 orders a week for walmart and defect rate is less than 1% and trying to keep it even more
Sometimes, we can be really limited since we do have only 3 customer service. but if you email us, you can get an answer within 24 hours
We are not asking to leave a rate to our customer at all since many companies doing it themselves. we just fulfilling orders
