As I see I am not the only one to complain that the product sucks at least to alleviate try to send me the piece where the clamps are to be applied so I can use the brushcutter waiting for your answer. Don't ask me for the bill that you didn't send me and you know it.

I also purchased a GoFan and it charges rapidly, however it turns itself off after about 2 minutes. I was really impressed with it and the 3 speeds. Even recommended it to coworkers. I don't understand the problem.
