Their mistake become your problem and your expense. Their "new improved" site was messed up and wouldn't allow you to place pickup orders. I was told to place the order and then contact support to have the order print location changed and have the shipping refunded. Did just that, they shipped the order from another location, charged me for shipping and now won't refund the shipping or acknowledge the issue was caused by their site. They claim the order wasn't available for pickup because it was sent to another print location. Their CS doesn't even know how their site works. The order went to another print location because pick up wasn't an option! I never had this issue with the old site. Will never use them again, not because of the $10 shipping cost but because they are passing their system issue cost on to me! I refuse to pay for a companies mistakes and continue to do business with them, especially after all the effort I put into trying to get them to do the right thing and acknowledge the issue was with their site. After 2 months they finally agreed to refund me yet 4 months later no refund and they no longer respond to my emails.
