Ridiculous! Referred to CSI from my chiropractor… my experience was so awful I’m gonna fire my chiropractor just for referring me 😡 Step 1: Make sure they have every detail of your personal life, especially your financial and insurance coverage. Step 2: Bring you in for an office visit. Nothing happens on this day… you are charged, your insurance is charged… you drive home. Step3: They bring you in for a “Follow Up”. Nothing happens on this day. You are once again charged, your insurance is charged… you drive home. Step 4: In frustration and STILL in pain, you give up on humanity & decency and start looking for… drugs, a new set of “Drs.”, your mind, weapons..??? 🤯🤬🤷🏻

He spent a lot of time with me, and it was very informative and he was very helpful in getting me out of pain. Additionally, I had a great experience with the front office staff.
