Sabrina is by far the rudest employee of Dunkin’ donuts company nationwide. I cringe when I have to come and get coffee when she is working. The first time I came here she yelled at me at the top of her lungs in such a rude way that I was frightened. All because I could not hear what she was saying through her mask and the thick glass between us. When I got my coffee I told her that her customer service needed serious improvement or she needed to find someplace else to work where she isn’t having to be rude and nasty. After this I tried to not to get coffee from Dunkin’ and go somewhere else. I really enjoy Dunkin’ Donuts coffee so I came back and though she didn’t yell she would be uncomfortably rude rolling her eyes and smacking her lips at everyone who didn’t order at the speed of lightening. She refuses to get my order right and LIES about what they have even tho I see what I want RIGHT behind the counter in plain sight!!!! I am done with this place I can’t believe that she is allowed to work anywhere and treat people that way. It’s so very unpleasant and unprofessional!
