It has seriously gone down from when it first opened. Never was great, but even worse now. They barely ever make the drink exactly how it is supposed to be made, & I noticed so many people who work there are not wearing a mask. Your dealing with a beverage or food that you are making, & are giving to people that are buying it. Act appropriate, & put on a mask. Some of the female employee's have snotty attitude's as well. They need to get a manager there who will get appropriate, & mature employee's working there. Not these kid's. Ridiculous.

It is evident that this place is poorly managed. I think the qualifications to work here are actually to be as rude and unprofessional as possible. Where else do you go into a store where you’re ordering and the cashier has airpods in for a facetime conversation? This place would be better off closed, and if that’s not possible get an entire new staff. Managers included as they clearly don’t care about customer experience.

some white boy named matt cooked the F out of my bacon egg and cheese JUST how i like it (since other dunkin’s don’t make the bacon crispy) and made the most bomb coffee everrr without me even asking for any extra caramel. Will definitely be coming here again, ask for Matt!!!!
