One of the nicest parks around, we came here at the beginning of covid and decided to sign a 2 year lease to use as a "home base" when traveling...2 years later and we decided to buy a mobile home in the park to stay long term. Long term residents and snowbirds all look out for each other...and the beautiful wildlife in thr park. Office staff is always helpful and available even after hours. I even worked in the office part time during season and recieved training for any future positions with the company here or at any other parks. Lot rent does go up every year as normal with inflation. The free internet is slow at times but residents and guests are warned of this coming in...you can get as many free coupon codes you need each month for each of your devices or pay to have your own internet installed. So many activites every month and the amenities range from a small putt putt golf course, pickle ball court, shuffle board, library, billard room,super nice gym and year round heated pool.

Beautiful place very well kept nice cement pads large clean laundry room and everyone staying here was so friendly as well as the staff highly recommend staying here

Very nice park. Clean laundry area with plenty of deep washers & long running dryers. There were concrete pads, which we love, & friendly people. Large pull-throughs so we could keep the trailer hooked up. Without traffic about 20-25 minutes to the parks. It was a bit farther for Disney springs. Worth a stop.
