Melissa was off for the day yesterday and office closed for the 4th of July holiday. There was an issue with people letting off fireworks right next to my house scaring my dogs. I reached out to her and she did not hesitate to resolve the issue immediately. I must say she stays on top if any nuisance and is quick and efficient to problem solving. She's definitely made a change and is a keeper!

I know they at least have little "cabins" or possibly manufactured homes that they rent out. If you call during business hours, they're pretty helpful too
Wifi is not included but can be added on, and yes cable is available and included
No to all your questions. Do not waste your time. Drug deals going on and manager is a loud mouthed drunk. If you do decide to move in, don't say you weren't warned. Word of mouth is there for a reason. Sometimes it's best to listen. It would save a tremendous amount of grief. We stayed there two very long months. Keep searching.
You need to call them to get quotes on their vacation homes
You can rent by the month for $925 for the furnished ones and $825 for the unfurnished. Between the water, the power and the gas is from $100 to $140 more a month depending on the utilities usage. I'm not sure if they rent weekly for the houses but you can always call the office for more information. I've been living here for 2 years and is nice. Have a great day.
