Yea, no call to inform me that delivery was going to be late. Had to call the store, see where they were.

I'm not sure who the rep was, but I've been there twice and both Dan and Alberto were excellent.. patient, charismatic, not pushy at all, and knowledgeable. Shipping costs and delivery times are terrible EVERYWHERE. It's not really an Ashley issue. Regardless, good luck next time!
