I never realized how isolated I had become being elderly, until I moved to Heritage Oaks. It is wonderful being around so many people, again. The whole experience, from the Managers to Maintenance has been very positive for me and my husband. We love it, here!

My mother lived there 5 yrs ago. It was well maintained, clean and nice units.Not to mention there is a walmart right beside it..like right seriously....beside it

No I work mantince it's got 94 apts all 1 bedroom 500 sq ft. Rent is based on income and 62 year or older and approximately 2 year waiting list and non smoking

Aslong as they are under 20 lbs for good will that manages heritage oaks
Yes as long as they waigh 25 lb or less and have been vet checked
