You don't have to be a client to get a consultation - reviews can be based on how you handle yourself and help. 1 star - read the rest of 1 star reviews. THis guy needs to stay off avvo.com and seriously get mental help.

Mr. Tischauser was very thorough and answered all of my questions in a tenant/landlord situation. Even though it was hard for me to articulate some of the issues in my case, he was patient and very helpful.

I live outside the state of Florida and reached out to the Tischhauser group for assistance with a local matter in Tampa. I worked with Mark directly. He was able to get to the heart of the matter very quickly and articulated in clear terms what I could expect as an outcome. I would consider their rates standard in the industry and are of excellent value.

Mr. Mark Tischhauser is well respected and very knowledgeable in his legal field. Mr. Tischhauser possesses extraordinary legal skills and more importantly he is truthful. His advice is logical and his evaluations are well rounded. Mr. Tischhauser demonstrates high levels of professionalism and integrity as demonstrated by his comprehension of legal matters and his willingness to help others. Yes - I believe you already contacted our office in this regard - in your situation that's fine. For future, reference, the Google e-mail here is not a good vehicle for case based or client communications. This is a Google medium upon to the public and we want to make sure your legal privilege and privacy rights are maintained.
Unfortunately, our practice is limited to tenant representation in landlord tenant cases. You will need to a hire a "landlord" attorney. As an aside - you generally cannot terminate a lease at will so you will need to be prepared to show a uncurable breach of the lease. YOu may want to Google Ed Fusillo - he is a landlord lawyer.
