Amazing team of doctors. It feels great to have confidence in how my smile is beginning to form. Was always a confidence issue I never smiled for pictures throughout my life until now. Very compassionate staff and I am glad I trusted in them. If you're an adult with overcrowding or gapped teeth go to them. Know you're in the best possible care with doctor thompson.

Just started the first phase of what’s likely going to be a fairly long journey! Looking forward to the end result. So far things are going well! Thanks to Dr. Thompson and his team for explaining the process so well.

I can’t speak on his dental work but I can speak on my consultation. I called to have my braces taken off from a previous orthodontist as I have moved out of state. They made it seem as if they would do it over the phone so I came in and was very mislead. Basically all they wanted was money out of me and to continue dental work and kept pushing even though I said I did not want to do that. Wouldn’t help me remove braces because he did not want to “get involved” which is fine I will find another orthodontist. However the man was very rude. I was crying since I went through quite a traumatic experience with previous work done, and the man just kept saying “you’re 25” as if a 25 year old female can’t cry and made me feel childish for having emotions. Absolutely no compassion. He also said “this has taken over 30 minutes longer than I anticipated” and made me feel like I was wasting his time since I was not agreeing to pay thousands of dollars on dental work with him. Overall the experience made me very uncomfortable and if I were to continue doing orthodontics I would certainly not choose him.
