I was really struggling with hot flashes.. yet could not take hormones- she came up with a plan, said “Trust Me”. So I did! WOW!! She knows what she is doing! Works with you on your goals and celebrates with you in the process!

I have been a patient with them for approximately 8 years, have always raved about them. But over the ladt couple of years am no longer a fan. I called today because I needed to be seen, poison ivy on my face have eyes swelling with fluid, to the point one of them has just a slit to see thru. They said we can see you next Thursday....really...then they said if I feel I need to be seen to go to the emergency room. What happened to the caring Dr, that saw patients, when they had medical issues. So dissatisfied with this practice. I started with them because you had a great practice and cared about your patients...this is no longer an office that cares.

I started with this practice due to severe menopause symptoms after being told by my OB/GYN that my symptoms were “normal” and offering NO help! Used to be good; not so much any longer, in terms of services. Some of the good/solid docs/services providers left. And if you want to pay a bill, you have to "mail in a check." No offense, but that's a bit 1990's. And there's nothing wrong with the 90's, of course. Having the option to pay online (just charge a services provider and charge a fee; I'd be ok with that, rather than "mailing a check" or driving in. Just saying.
