Their transportation contracted company Alivi is the worst I have ever seen. They never pick on time and the return trip from my mom's appointment from dialysis is terrible. And she weekly have to wait from a ride home over an hour and happens every return trip since June 2022 with the exception of maybe 1 return trip a week out of 3. This is inexcusable for a transportation company. Customer service is horrible, especially Alex, who is super slow to get anything done, which has never been resolution. I also filed multiple grievances to no avail. Care Plus is absolutely the WORST ins company 360°

LOL! Wow !!! so, so bad don’t even know where to begin!!! Do not waste your time or money with this fraudulent insurance company. Do not believe them when they will offer you benefits for going to your doctor they will lie about pretty much everything regarding your information including blaming it on computer glitches , incompetent doctors offices and even the customer when in reality it’s their company that has the issues from the very bottom to the very top even as supervisors really bad at communicating do not have the customers back cannot imagine what would happen if you need to have some serious medical services. Not equipped to handle customers over the telephone with disabilities. Forget about the rewards points that is a complete joke !!! you will not get points to redeem cards. They will find every excuse in the book as to why they cannot give you thoseThis company should be Shut down .Zero stars is the reality. Avoid

In general I like the benefits offered by Careplus and their customer service is wonderful however a recent interaction with one of their physicians concerns me. I am a patient of Drs. Payne and Mejia. During my last visit Dr. Mejia lectured me about keeping up with preventive care guidelines. My position was COVID could kill me why should I place myself at risk for preventive care. After being told I would lose my insurance if I did not keep up with my preventive care I acquiesced and agreed to have an EKG and blood work at the office in addition to several other procedures outside of the office e.g. mammogram, optical. After attempting 3 times to draw blood at the office without success they asked me to go to Labcorp. When I went on Labcorp's web site they indicated that someone like me should not venture into their lab however I was steadfast and scheduled an appointment anyway. The day of my appointment I realized that I had paperwork for 3 preventive care procedures however not one of them was for bloodwork. I called the office and I was told they would fax the paperwork over immediately. I drove to Labcorp, signed in on a pinpad (YUK). After waiting for 15 minutes I was told that the office never faxed over the paperwork. I went out to my car to call the Drs. office to ask them once again to fax the paperwork. When I called I was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then the line disconnected. At this point I will not leave my house until it is time to get a vaccination. I only pray the Drs. will not put me at risk by discontinuing to refill my prescriptions. This was another threat they made if I did not get my preventive care work done. Needless to say once it is safe to go about again I will find another doctor. The only bright spot at this office is that two members of the staff Lucy and Jasmine are the best! p.s. I never believed I would lose my insurance but I figured they were desperate to make such a threat.
