Honestly I was a little nervous about going here because of the reviews and I must say after going there I wish I could be my primary doctor everybody was amazingly nice it was such a good experience and I guess there's only one doctor there feels comfortable seeing a baby Dr. Ashely which is fine she was amazing covered all bases all questions took her time it didn't feel rushed. Dr Ashley was so sweet. Definitely would go again.

I visited Advent Centra Care for the first time this morning. I was very impressed with the entire process. Everyone one was courteous,& friendly, from the Receptionist to the nursing staff. Jenna, the ARNP that took care of me took the time to listen to me & explain the diagnosis & the treatment. I would recommend them, and would definitely return there for care if a need arises again.

Why do they allow you to make an appointment when you wait more than an hour and still not seen. Had to leave because I had a meeting to be on. No one asked me to wear a mask when I walked in, walked back to the room, when the nurse was in the room with me but the very rude man when I walked out of the room to the station to let them know that I had to leave the only thing he was concerned about was "you need a mask on" well I told him that I was vaccinated and no one said anything to me about it until now as I am walking out the door. He told me "you are going to get Covid back here". Very rude, receptionist was very nice and said she would refund my card, I will be making sure that my insurance is not charged for a visit.

Came in today for a drug test and I was greeted by both Nadine and Dale with the utmost respect and patience, there were a few issues with a form that was required but that didn’t alter the care I was getting. Both were extremely patient and caring, they never made me feel otherwise. Exceptional customer service! What an experience with Dr. Valentine I wish there were more doctors like him, so down to earth and HILARIOUS!! He had me and my mom cracking up! I loved it, he's the best!
