Worst customer service 3 time once with a guy who didn't want to refund me for their broken machine and now I've had an issue here twice with Rose with the same thing her closing down the office early dismissing people refusing to give management name. I've watched the employees be rude to various other non white customers. They are all rude don't clean up until the end of the night throughout the day and seems very racist

Please fix marquis lights, machines, and add- DO NOT reduce dryer time!❤️ Competition@4951 is recruiting your customers on premises as you sleep. Eli plays Elvis and all the oldies! Staff respectful & kind. Clean restroom til 8:45pm, wash open 24 hrs, & TT police station next door.

VERY NICE AIR CONDITIONED. I CAME THIS MORNING AND IT WAS PRETTY DIRTY IAM NOT IMPRESSED. THE FLOOR WAS DIRTY WITH DRYER SHEETS THERE WERE STUFF ON TOP OF WASHERS EMPTY BASKETS THAT PEOPLE LEFT BEHIND. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE WAS NOT CERTAIN OF WHAT THE PLACE LOOK LIKE THEY WERE DOING CUSTOMER'S LAUNDRY AND THE TABLES WERE U FOLD UR CLOTHES DIRTY WITH CLOTHES AND TRASH. THE EMPLOYEES WERE IN OFFICE ONE ON HIS CELL PHONE THE OTHER ONE LOOKING AT SOMETHING. I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE COMING HERE AGAIN. I WILL GO TO ANOTHER LAUNDROMAT. ITS REALLY TERRIBLE THEY DONT GIVE A F***. . TO KEEP THE LAUNDROMAT CLEAN. TAKE PRIDE OF WHERE YOU WORK THEY ARE JUST THERE TO GET A PAYCHECK.
