Cannot get through the website or reach the local office to schedule an appointment. All appointments appear to be booked out through the rest of the year, so how is anyone supposed to file a claim in the appropriate amount of time they allow? Also, the phone number listed is disconnected. :-<

I had good experience with the interviewer here, and though it took a long time. I expected that, and I thought they were very professional and courteous. I also thought very helpful just with information also.

They're very unprofessional, i was told by rep to wait 3 weeks until i hear back from. I waited, i call after the 3w period the lady told me i needed to wait 72hours so they can review my case. Im wondering why i was waiting 3w if they didnt look at my case. I call again today 11/6/17 another got real rude about me asking inquiring information about my case. I told her to calm down i just wanted to know why im being told 2 different story's. Her story was i have to wait 6-8 weeks before i receive a case number then another 6 weeks before my case worker call me. EEOC need to fix there method on handling cases and people. Simply because there allow the company you filing a case against to fix there mistakes before any real action take place. My lawyer told me to ask them for a right to sue letter but the same lady block that question. I believe they need new management

Yes you want to file immediately they have a timeline for every processing stage you will have to go through...
Depending on your guidelines if any, stating information about overtime . 4 hours is a little bit extreme, especially when you're working 12 hour shifts.
