This was the most disrespectful people ready company I’ve ever worked for they allow me to be disrespected and when I stood up for myself I was suspended I wasn’t even allowed to have a break or a drink of water while unloading an 18 wheeler Steve the manager Steve is very rude I would never do work for this company again I recommend you you to go to another branch and the branch in Raleigh is very very disrespectful and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there until they get rid of her employees there I was racially profiled at work mean mugged harassed and disrespected and when he found out he did nothing but suspend you do not I repeat do not work for this Branch

The manager in Steve Dixon is very unprofessional and cares nothing about his employees. I was removed from over a weeks worth of work for no reason. I would not recommend this branch to anyone!

Polite and professional employees on the phone and at the desk. Haven’t had a problem that couldn’t be resolved with them yet. Problems occur every where but it’s how you handle them, And they do a pretty good job professionally doing so.

I'd give this a zero if I could. Do not waist your time with them. Absolutely the worst job experience I have ever had. I am very respectful and friendly but i was pushed to my limit. The staff is rude and disrespectful. The only decent worker I witnessed was a woman named Turquoise. But keep in mind I have only ever been to the office twice in two weeks, which is how long I was employed with them. I called yesterday after showing up to a job I took off their app, and the store manager said he didn't know anything about people ready or what I was doing there. So I decided to head home because I didn't want to end up working and not getting paid. And on my way home I called people ready and some lady whose name was something like Cynthia answered. I explained what happened and said I was going to try the next day when everything is sorted out. Then she said "Don't bother going tomorrow, your suspended for 2 weeks." I was shocked and asked her if it was because I wasn't going that day and she said yea, so I said I would go, but i didn't know that leaving wasnt an option. And this was my first time talking with this woman and her first instinct is to suspend someone from working who came to her for help working... That same day i was supposed to have gotten paid for a job I did the night before and hadn't received it yet. So I called to ask if it was submitted because someone else has the job ticket with my name on it, so I wasn't sure if he sent it and it got processed. A "man" named Steve answered and he told me he doesn't know about the ticket because he didn't work that morning but it seemed like he was going to check on it. And then he hung up on me, but i didn't fully understand what happened. So i called back thinking the call dropped since he didn't say bye or ask if my question was answered or anything. He said with a nasty attitude the call didnt drop and he hung up because he told me he can't share someone else's sensitive information and the hung up again. I called him about 3 or 4 more times to get clarification but he kept hanging up and being rude and unhelpful. So I went to the office to confront him. He took forever getting to me. Then once he did i told him i was the one he hung up on and he never answered my question. Then he said "I answered you already, everything that was sent in was processed!" I told him i wanted to know if my ticket was even sent in, and asked if he wasn't allowed to tell me that because someone else sent it. But he kept interrupting and my pregnancy hormones took over and I yelled at him to stop interrupting me. Then he got up and pretended to care about helping someone else he already helped and I said he still didn't answer me. Then he said "i told you it was sent in!" So i asked why he couldn't just say that over the phone and he lied and said he did and that's why he hung up on me because i dont listen. He then goes on to say I don't have to worry about working for people ready anymore and I said I'm not worried about that I'm worried about his customer service. Then he yells at me that I'm not a customer and tells me while laughing "You work for me!" Which tells me he doesn't value anyone who works for people ready he sees us as slaves he can mistreat because we report to him. He needs to be fired. No one should have it in their minds that they don't have to deal with respect with their employees. Especially when they haven't even met or spoken with them before. He even admitted he didn't know if we met before. And thats that's because he doesn't care about anyone that works there. They're just another ticket to him and that one lady who wanted to suspend me.
