It’s just another dying mall. It seemed as if pennys and bath and body works were what’s keeping this place open. A lot of stores looked closed for the day when I went at 3pm so maybe they open later 🤷🏼♀️

So sad what has befallen this place. I always enjoyed National Record Mart and Scotto's Pizza back in the early 90's. It's just a shell of it's former self now. Someone needs to bulldoze it and put it out of it's misery.

I would like to know who we could report the staff for not wearing the mask especially if there was working with food same as people working clothing and with stuff helping customers I would not be comfortable and I would not shop there for my own safety along with others.
