So I have saw some reviews.on here about not being able to.find staff and the store being a bit unorganized. But if you read the sign at the door and at the register they ,like alot of business right now, are understaffed. Today I was there and the store was cleaned up. They are still understaffed but the staff I saw there were working diligently, they were friendly and.helpful..

This store is absolutely terrible just purchased 2 hamster 7 days ago and both were sick when purchased and didnt know at the time. Now I have already lost one hamster due to wet tail that is caused from uncleaned environment and others. We called to see if they would give us the medication to treat them to hopefully save their life but the manager was completely rude towards us. I will never got back to this store. Now I have a broken hearted 6 year old that lost one of here hamsters that was her birthday gift. Hopefully we can save the other with the medication is purchased from another pet store.

Store was incredibly dirty, disorganized, and the aisles were hard to shop. The only employee I saw was rude when I asked her a question. The question was if they price matched chewy. Petco does not price match. But the other pet store in the area does and it's a cleaner store so that's where I'll be taking my business. This Petco is disgusting

Nobody employed here actually wants to work. 3 times in a row now, I've stood in line to check out while either nobody came to take our money...or the cashiers had conversations with other employees while people waited. There are plenty of other pet stores in the area.
