This was the worst experience ever. The pretzel sticks appetizer with cheese sauce was served the pretzels were so greasy and half were burnt. The cheese sauce was completely water. The burgers we ordered were so greasy and I mean the top of the buns too. Fries and mashed potatoes were ice cold. Waitress came and gave my husband a refill on his drink and I never received a refill on my empty drink. The Waitress never came to check on us once. Don't go there if you expect good service or food.

We were seated promptly but there was a little conflict with staff and who was hosting. We did wait a little for service because they were a bit confused with staffing but eventually we were waited on. We all had the salad bar and the food was good and replenished constantly. You just have to have a little patience and work with the staff.

We went to have lunch at this location in Hermitage. It was quite a pleasant experience. Of note is the salad bar, which we did not order, but looked to have many options available for a really good salad. We ordered a soup each with our country fried steak dinners. The chili I got was quite good, but the potato soup my partner got was absolutely fantastic! The steaks we got were also quite good. The only bad thing to say was that the baked potato was a bit dry; I would recommend the mashed potatoes instead, which I got and liked quite well. Overall, a very pleasant experience and good food!

Stopped in today for lunch, party of 8. Waitress was good but food took a very long time. Some drinks ordered in the beginning of our visit were not brought to the table until we reminded the sever two and three times. We also were seated by I’m guessing who was a district or regional manager and was reviewing the store. After sitting next to him for literally hours he came over and told us we needed to stop our child from running into the next section- mostly annoyed about this because I’m not sure how it only became a issue hours into our visit and when he was conveniently leaving the restaurant. Also may add yes after hrs of being there spent mostly waiting on food - with appetizers taking the longest - I’d expect a two year old to get ancy. We were also told he needed to not do it to not bother other people….. which I didn’t appreciate. Next lunch we will be visiting somewhere else. On a positive besides the entrance the restaurant was cleaner than our last visit.

There are many different healthier options for kids at eat n park
I THINK 11 a.m., but I would definitely call their phone number first, just to confirm.
Have this confused with Denny's, they're closed. Eat'n Park still serving.
