I don't really do reviews much but, I do want to say that Ben, in the lumber department, at the Hermitage PA store, was such a great help and helping me find, loading and unloading, pretty much from everything from a to z at the store. If I could get more than five stars to him, I would. Ben should get recognition for his customer service and assistance.

Ordered a new front door and full view screen door. Bought it on their web site. It went surprisingly well. They messaged me when it was ready and loaded it into my truck. Will absolutely do this again. Great people at the Hermitage, PA store. Thank you..

Yes, if is not a solid core door, you will have to put a solid piece of wood at the bottom where you cut.

I don't think they repair anything. Go to the website and it should address warranty claims should you have any but even that I believe goes back to the manufacturer. Look on line for this type of repair is what I would recommend.
It will peel unless you use a very expensive adhesive primer first. Better off buying new vinyl.
