Took my Jeep Gladiator in for oil change and to tighten 4 bolts. They damaged the vehicle and were rude. Claimed they did not do damage but it went from my garage to theirs with no damage. They also did not talk to their own parts department and do the extra work we requested. The garage is very disorganized. Talked to Reese and Kala and they said Jeff the general manager checked the vehicle and my wife and son said he did not. Do not take your vehicle there is you value it. We are going to Jim Shorkey in Austintown from now on. You can see in the pictures that they scraped up the front tow hook area.
