When we did have a problem, they went above and beyond to correct the issue, in a timely manner and they initiated the fix, cannot recommend them enough. He was so helpful and informative. What an excellent employee! He helped me purchase 90% of my furniture online. He went above & beyond to make sure our furniture would fit in the rooms. What a fantastic place. My fiance and I went to shop for a new couch, and their selection was HUGE. They had a nice variety of styles and colors, and we ended up falling in love with a matching couch and chair that they just happened to have in stock. There were enough sales people walking around, and they were all polite and gave us space until we were ready to decide. Everyone was really nice and worked quickly to get us everything we wanted. It all felt very easy and even fun. Two days later, everything was carefully delivered up three flights of stairs by two very courteous and professional workers. It was perfect!
