I went to Exer Urgent Care in Newbury Park on Saturday, which was during the holiday. They were short staffed, but gave me a timeframe for a wait time. I waited in my car out front, they called me on my cell and got me in even sooner than their estimate was. The entire staff took care of my injury, were on top of taking care of me 100% with the medication and treatment I needed and we are SO LUCKY to have such a fantastic Urgent Care facility!

My sister and I called Exer Urgent Care in Newbury Park to set up a PCR test that we have to have 72 hours prior to landing in Greece. We walked in and were processed very efficiently and politely by Zac at the front desk and immediately taken back to have our swabs done by Ashley, who was also extremely pleasant and efficient. This was 7:30 last night. Our results were made available to us before 10:00 today. The ability to go online and print out the results very easily. I highly recommend this Exer for efficiency!!

It's rare that someone would take the time to write a review when they are sick, but my experience at this Exer in Newbury Park was THAT good! The front desk staff were cordial and helpful and told me what pharmacy would still be open at that hour. The doctor (or she might have been a PA) was really helpful and took the time to listen to my concerns. I did not feel rushed. The facility was extremely clean. Overall, a great experience!
