My Sony A7rii abruptly stopped working and had an error screen to turn the camera off and on. After a little investigation I found the shutter was stuck closed. I was not able to find a local camera repair shop, so I searched online and came across Video One. I filled out the form online to get a rough estimate of the cost of repair. The cost was in line with what others with similar problems had experienced, so I sent my camera off. After receiving it, they quickly identified the problem and made the suggestion that I have a few other things repaired. The representative who called was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The repair window of a week was met. My camera is in far better shape than it was when I sent it. Everything is in perfect working order. I had a great experience and will definitely use Video One again when the needed!
