If you look at your lease it probably says you need to give notice in writing. I dont think they can do it if you gave 30 days notice in writing, except if you're breaking a one year lease.
I am concerned because I have the voucher, inspection passed and started 11/1/18. I am in my home & paid my portion, however my Landlord has not yet received his payment. How long does it take for the first payment to be processed to the Landlord?

I believe they have two payout dates. One being in the middle of the month and one at the beginning. Since your home just passed inspection, I would assume they will receive their payment towards the middle of the month. However, for the most accurate answer, I would encourage you to reach out to your housing authority case worker. Best of luck to you and congratulations on your new home.

Not sure but the aximum for 1 bedroom it is $1312. For 2 bedroom it is around $1740. And if the place you find charges more than the limit, you can not pay the difference which means you can't move in.

I think a past issue, resolved, will not cancel your ability to get a voucher. Current issues with the law are not looked at highly. Hope that helps.
